JSP Machinery Profile

JSP Machinery Division has been started in the year 1992 with an objective to cater to the requirements of Group Companies and External Customers.

 

The Machinery Division is involved in the following business:

• Manufacturing of Equipment for Steel Plant , Mining , Power plants & for other process industries : Our Machinery Equipment division manufactures equipment for Sponge Iron Plant, Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant, Steel Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, Power Plant ,Coal Mines, Iron Mines, Crushing Plants etc. required by various customers.We have executed orders for Equipments of Billet Caster for Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel, Oman
• Manufacturing of EOT Cranes : We manufacture EOT cranes of various capacities and have manufactured upto 500 MT capacity (4 Girders and double trolley). We have executed orders for 500 MT EOT Cranes and 50MT(25 MT x 2) Rotating Trolley for Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel, Oman
• Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels : We manufacture Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers for various customers. The unit has been certified with ASME for manufacturing of equipments as per U, U2, S, R, NB & also from IBR. We have been enlisted with Engineers India Ltd. upto 100 mm thick vessels.We are also CCOE approved.
• Manufacturing of Ferrous Castings : Our Foundry shop has the capacity to manufacture 8mt single piece Ferrous castings and Centrifugal castings. 

The division has a covered area of about 52,000 sqm (13 Acres) out of total campus area of 1,62,000 sqm (44 Acres). With an annual capacity of 30,000.00 metric tonnes and manforce of 1300, we can handle upto 250mt single piece.Today the Machinery Division has expanded its manufacturing capacity & capabilities for meeting critical requirements of the external customers.

Our Division has ISO:9001:2015 QMS, ISO:14001:2015 EMS, ISO 45001:2018 OH&SMS, ISO 50001:2018 EnMS certification and CE certification for EOT Cranes.

We are equipped with our in-house Design & Engineering and Quality Assurance facilities.
