University, Baroda in 1985 & Certificate course on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by JMAM, JAPAN. He brings with him a rich & varied work experience of 35 years in the field of Heavy Equipment Engineering & Manufacturing, Mechanical Construction specially in Oil and Gas sector, Maintenance & Projects in various industries.

Mr. Ravindra Chauhan is B.E.(MECHANICAL) from GEC/NIT Raipur, MBA from IGNOU, having 24 years of experience in project planning, execution , production & maintenance , erection & commissioning of machine and equipment. He has successfully handled project of plate mill of JSPL, Angul, hot metal crane project of JSIS, OMAN, JSPL, Angul and JSW Bellary and Dolvi, Billet Caster project of JSPL, Angul and JSIS, OMAN and various steel plant equipment projects.

Mr. Ravinder Sharma holds Degree (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering & having 28 years of experience in Engineering & Design of Bulk materials handling equipment, Cranes (Gantry Crane, General Purpose Crane & Hot Metal Crane up-to 500Mt), Apart from this he & his team worked into various segment like cement plant equipment engineering, Power plant equipment engineering also great achievement of import substitution through reverse engineering and handling the team of approx. 50 No of design engineers.

Mr. Shrikant Mishra has 25 years of experience in Quality Control & Assurance for heavy machinery equipments. He started his carrier with BEC ( Bhilai Engineering Corporation) in 1994 and also worked with Jyapee Group, L&T for Modular fabrication and mainly focused on equipment of steel plant, power, cement & Hydropower plants having good knowledge of pressure vessels, EOT Cranes, Raw materials and material handling equipments.
